Registration and payment of fees are required for attending any of the conference events. Attendees must wear their name badge at all times while at the conference and during the social events, as it is the official entrance pass to the sessions. For the social events, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket.
Payment instructions are sent by email after filling in the registration form. Invoices are issued by:

* Students and scientific committee members are entitled to the reduced registration fee. To be entitled to the student discount, students must present proof of full-time student status.
The CARMA 2025 registration fee covers:
- Conference kit
- Conference proceedings (with ISBN and DOI)
- Admission to CARMA 2025 scientific sessions
- Tutorials (prior registration required due to limited availability)
- Lunches
- Coffee breaks
- Welcome cocktail
- Conference dinner (not included in student registrations)
- Farewell wine
For papers to be included in the conference program and appear in the conference publications, at least one author must be registered by the early registration deadline (16 May).
Each registration covers the publication of one paper in the CARMA conference proceedings. If a registered author participates with more than one paper, the “Extra paper” fee is applicable to the second and subsequent papers.
Cancellations made on or before 5 June will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made after 5 June will receive no refund.
